The Hague Academy for Local Governance is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation based in the Netherlands. We aim to strengthen local democracy worldwide. We offer practice-oriented training in the Netherlands and abroad.
At The Hague Academy, we issue 1000 certificates a year to our participants. By working with Turing Certs, we are able to issue our certificates digitally, making it more efficient for our team and shareable for our participants, without compromising on digital security and authenticity.
