Users must not transfer or lend their account and password to any third party. If the login credentials match the registered information, the Company will treat the user as the legitimate account holder.

4. Paid Services

Users acknowledge and agree to pay fees to use the Company’s paid services. When purchasing paid services, users agree to comply with the additional payment-related terms published separately by the Company (https://turingcerts.com/en/pricing/).
Users must pay for services according to the pricing details on the Company’s website.
The Company reserves the right to modify or add new fees for the Services.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following actions under these Terms:

Illegal activities or actions that violate public order and morality.
Criminal conduct.
Actions that disrupt or interfere with the Company’s servers or network.
Activities that harm or obstruct the Company’s operations.
Collecting personal information of other users.
Impersonating other users.
Providing any form of benefit to antisocial forces related to the Services, directly or indirectly.
Users are allowed to upload content only if they have the legal rights or permissions to do so. Users ensure that the content they upload does not infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of third parties. The platform is not responsible for the content uploaded by users. If any uploaded content violates the rights of others, the platform reserves the right to request users to assume all related responsibilities, including but not limited to compensatory damages and legal fees. The platform also reserves the right to remove such infringing content without bearing any legal responsibility.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Company will not be liable for non-performance unless it is due to willful misconduct or gross negligence.
If the Company is found liable for any reason, compensation will be limited to foreseeable damages or the amount paid for the relevant paid services (for long-term contracts, the equivalent of one month’s fee).

Any disputes arising from the Services will be exclusively governed by the courts located in the jurisdiction where the Company is headquartered.
