Welcome to Turing Space (hereinafter referred to as “Our Company”). Before using our website and related services, please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
These Terms govern the services provided by Our Company on the following websites: Turing Certs Blockchain-based Resume (global.turingcerts.com), Turing Facts (facts.turingcerts.com/), the Company’s official website (turingcerts.com), and Badger (collectively referred to as “the Services”).
Registered users (“Users,” “Members,” or “you”) must comply with these Terms when using the Services.
1. Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of our Services.
2. User Registration
- Users who wish to register for the Services must apply for registration in accordance with the Company’s procedures. Registration is completed upon approval by the Company.
- The Company reserves the right to deny registration in the following cases, without any obligation to disclose the reason: a. The user provides false information during registration. b. The user has previously violated these Terms. c. Other situations where the Company deems the registration inappropriate.
3. Account and Password Management
- Users are responsible for managing their own account and password.
- Users must not transfer or lend their account and password to any third party. If the login credentials match the registered information, the Company will treat the user as the legitimate account holder.
- If a user suspects unauthorized use of their account, they should immediately notify the Company’s customer support at [email protected].
4. Paid and Free Account Service Terms
- Users understand and agree that to use the Company’s paid services, they must pay the corresponding fees according to the pricing method announced by the Company. When users purchase paid plans or value-added services, they are deemed to agree to comply with all payment-related regulations separately announced by the Company (https://turingcerts.com/zh/pricing/).
- Users shall pay service fees on time according to the pricing plans and payment methods published by the Company. The Company reserves the right to add, adjust, or modify service items and fees at any time.
- The Company may provide free accounts with basic functions for users to register, trial, or experience the service based on market promotion and product strategy. The terms of use for free accounts are as follows:

- Free accounts are limited to reasonable use only. Some functions and usage quotas will be restricted according to product design and clearly indicated in the user interface.
- The Company reserves the right to provide adjusted free quotas for specific potential users or partner institutions, with applicable conditions determined solely by the Company.

- Certificates generated by free accounts still have the basic verification and technical support provided by the Company, but may contain specific platform identification information (such as Turing Certs Logo).

- If the Company determines that users have violated fair use principles, attempted to circumvent quota restrictions, or abused system resources, it may restrict, suspend, or terminate their account usage without notice and without bearing any compensation liability.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in the following actions under these Terms:
- Illegal activities or actions that violate public order and morality.
- Criminal conduct.
- Actions that destroy or interfere with the Company’s servers, systems, or network operations.
- Actions that damage the Company’s operations or reputation.
- Unauthorized collection of other users’ personal information.
- Impersonating other users for login, registration, or use of the Services.
- Providing benefits, directly or indirectly, to antisocial forces related to the Services provided by the Company.
- Uploading, publishing, or storing content without proper legal authorization. Users must ensure that their uploaded data does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests. In case of infringement, users shall bear full responsibility, and the Company may remove relevant content at any time without bearing any legal liability.
- Abuse of free plan resources, including but not limited to: using free accounts for large-scale testing unrelated to actual certification purposes, sending advertisements, creating certificates under the Company’s name without authorization, or other unexpected misuse.
- When using Badger, in addition to complying with the general prohibitions set forth in these Terms of Service, you must not post pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or any other content deemed inappropriate by the Company. Badger adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward such misconduct; any offending content will be removed immediately, and the violating account will be permanently banned. The platform may also restrict or remove content when necessary. Your use of Badger constitutes your agreement to this supplemental provision.
- Other actions reasonably deemed inappropriate by the Company.
6. Suspension and Modification of Services
The Company may suspend or terminate all or part of the Services without prior notice to users for any of the following reasons:
- Maintenance or inspection of the systems related to the Services.
- Natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events that make providing the Services difficult.
- Suspension due to network or equipment failures.
- Other situations where the Company deems it difficult to provide the Services. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from actions taken under these Terms.
7. Restriction of Use and Account Deletion
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user’s access to all or part of the Services, or delete a user’s account without notice, in the following situations:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Provision of false registration information.
- Other inappropriate actions as deemed by the Company. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from actions taken under these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Company will not be liable for non-performance unless it is due to willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- If the Company is found liable for any reason, compensation will be limited to foreseeable damages or the amount paid for the relevant paid services (for long-term contracts, the equivalent of one month’s fee).
9. Changes to Service Content
The Company may adjust or modify service content, pricing models, functional limitations, or service fees according to business and product development needs, including but not limited to account quotas, functional scope of free/paid plans, etc.
The Company will notify users through website announcements, email, or other appropriate means before making changes. If users continue to use the Services after the announcement date, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the aforementioned changes. Those who disagree may stop using the Services before the effective date of the changes. The Company shall not bear any compensation liability for changes made in accordance with the aforementioned procedures.
10. Amendments to the Terms
- The Company may update these Terms as needed due to changes in the Services. Users should review the latest version of the Terms regularly.
- The Company may modify or amend these Terms and related policies at any time. Continued use of the Services after such modifications indicates acceptance of the changes.
11. Notices and Communications
Any notices or communications between users and the Company shall be conducted in accordance with the Company’s specified contact methods.
12. Prohibition of Rights Transfer
Users may not transfer their rights and obligations under these Terms to third parties without the prior written consent of the Company.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), excluding its conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising from the Services will be exclusively governed by the courts located in the jurisdiction where the Company is headquartered.
