Q1. How many Turing certificates can be issued at a time to reach the traffic limit?
The maximum is 10,000 credentials, and it takes less than 2 hours to complete all issuances. Typically, 2,000 credentials are issued in under 30 minutes.
During the issuance process, if you close the screen, the system will continue issuing credentials. This allows CCs to do other tasks while waiting, minimizing any potential negative impact on customers due to wait times.
Q2. Can I create a certificate issuance account on my own?

Q3. Do you collect personal information when the certificate is issued?
Yes we do. Currently the data is stored in the issuer’s database, on blockchain, and GCP.
Q4. Can I have multiple issuing accounts?
Yes, but an additional purchase is required. However, each account remains an independent main account, and the content is not shared. It is possible to share the background image through template codes.
Q5. Is your system easy to use? I don’t want to spend too much time on personnel training
Issuing a credential involves four simple steps: selecting a template, designing the credential, uploading the necessary information, and then issuing the credential. For new users, we can provide a demo video that allows them to learn how to use Turing Certs in one hour. If specialized training is needed, the current fee is €250 per hour.
