Q1. How do I download my certificate file?

You can click the “Download PDF” button in the notification email to download your certificate. Alternatively, log in to the Turing Platform using the email address where you received the certificate to view, share, and download it.

Q2. The name or information on my certificate is incorrect. What should I do?

Turing Certs is a third-party platform and is unable to edit or reissue certificates.
If there is an error in your certificate, please contact the Issuer directly via the notification email to resolve the matter.

Q3. Will my certificates disappear if Turing Certs are out of service?

No. Data is backed up in three locations (certifying institution, blockchain, GCP) with a three-month retrieval buffer period.

Q4. How can I prevent unrelated people from seeing my certificate?

Once your quota is exhausted, you will no longer be able to issue certificates.
If you wish to purchase additional quota, please contact your account representative or reach out to us via email at [email protected]. We will arrange for a dedicated representative to assist you.

Q5. Will my certificate go through Turing from now on? But the certificate is mine, isn’t this strange?

All certificate information belongs to the issuer and holder. Users can download it and verify it using the public blockchain and the provided public and private keys.
The information will not disappear with Turing’s disappearance; this is our consistent commitment to users.
Turing, as a platform, provides a better user interface and operation, allowing everyone to complete the verification process quickly and securely.
